2. Donation And Refund Policy

• All donations made to Ram Singh Educational Welfare Foundation are strictly voluntary and non-binding.
• Donors must provide accurate name, contact details, identity proof and PAN Card details to receive donation receipts or tax exemption certificates under Section 80G, if applicable.
• Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled under normal circumstances.
• If money is deducted due to a technical error and does not reach the NGO account, the donor should contact their bank, UPI provider or payment gateway service provider directly.
• Ram Singh Educational Welfare Foundation will not be responsible for failed transactions caused by bank, UPI, payment gateway or network issues.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this website, including logo, text, graphics, images, videos, documents and website design, is the property of Ram Singh Educational Welfare Foundation unless otherwise mentioned.

No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, edited, republished or used for commercial or misleading purposes without prior written permission from Ram Singh Educational Welfare Foundation.

4. Volunteering And Membership

• All volunteers, members and supporters must follow the ethical values, discipline and code of conduct of Ram Singh Educational Welfare Foundation.
• No person is allowed to collect donations or use the NGO name, logo or documents without written authorization.
• The NGO reserves the right to terminate membership or take legal action against anyone involved in fraud, unauthorized fundraising, misconduct or misuse of the NGO name.

We respect the privacy of our donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and website visitors. Personal information such as name, email, phone number, address and donation details will be kept confidential.

• Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Information may be used for communication, receipt generation, donation confirmation and NGO-related updates.
• Payment information is processed through secure banking or payment gateway systems.

6. Limitation Of Liability

Ram Singh Educational Welfare Foundation makes efforts to keep website information accurate and updated. However, the NGO shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, website downtime, technical errors, payment failures, data loss or service disruption arising from the use of this website.
